This Boat House was built for the beautiful Minnesota lake life, both warm and cold seasons.
Having a house so close to the lake can make for a great opportunity to get creative. YHC INC was tasked with architecting and constructing a boat house that felt like a sailors ship, with modern touches. This also included doing a landscaping overhaul, and an extended deck. With the task at hand, YHC INC worked closely with the home owner to turn their backyard into a getaway, just a few steps away.
